Rota Nanny Placement for South Florida's Estate Families

For families on Palm Beach Island, Gulf Stream, Manalapan, Wellington, and the most exclusive addresses in South Florida, a single full-time nanny often cannot provide the around-the-clock coverage that a busy, high-travel, or multi-residence household requires. A rota nanny arrangement — where two professionals alternate on a structured schedule — ensures your children always have consistent, experienced care without gaps.

Signature Nannies has been placing rota nannies for Palm Beach County's most distinguished families since 2005. Our rota placements are among our most thorough: we match not just for individual qualifications, but for professional compatibility between the two nannies in a rota pair — ensuring they communicate well and maintain consistency for the children.

Rota nannies are particularly valuable for families with newborns requiring overnight care around the clock, for families following the Wellington equestrian circuit who split time between Florida and other locations, and for Palm Beach Island families whose seasonal schedules demand flexibility and reliability above all else.
