Finding a Nanny in Wellington, Boynton Beach, and Jupiter — A Palm Beach County Guide
Signature Nannies actively serves Wellington, Boynton Beach, Jupiter, and all of Palm Beach County with the same full-service vetting and placement guarantee we provide in Boca Raton.
Boca Raton gets most of the attention. But some of Palm Beach County's most active — and most underserved — nanny markets are the communities north and west of Boca: Wellington, Boynton Beach, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, and the surrounding towns.
These are growing, high-demand family communities. Yet most nanny agencies in South Florida barely mention them. Families in Wellington and Jupiter deserve better than that.
Signature Nannies has been placing nannies, baby nurses, newborn care specialists, and household staff across all of Palm Beach County since 2005. This guide is specifically for families in the communities that other agencies treat as afterthoughts — but that we've been actively serving for over two decades.
Nanny Services in Wellington, FL
Wellington is one of Palm Beach County's premier family communities — an equestrian enclave with top-rated schools, large family homes, and a strong sense of community. Demand for experienced in-home childcare in Wellington is high — and the supply of truly vetted, agency-placed nannies is limited.
What Wellington families typically need:
Live-in nannies
Wellington's large home sizes and family-oriented neighborhoods make live-in arrangements practical and popular. A live-in nanny provides maximum flexibility for Wellington families with demanding schedules, multiple children, or frequent travel related to equestrian events and competitions.
Full-time live-out nannies
For Wellington families with predictable Monday–Friday schedules. Rates: $25–$38/hr depending on experience and number of children.
Baby nurses and newborn care specialists
Wellington sees consistent demand for overnight infant care, particularly from families who have recently relocated from the Northeast and Midwest where baby nurse culture is the norm.
Household managers
Many larger Wellington properties require a household manager to coordinate staff, manage maintenance, handle vendor relationships, and keep the home running smoothly alongside childcare.

Nanny Services in Boynton Beach, FL
Boynton Beach sits between Boca Raton and Delray Beach — a growing, diverse community with a significant year-round family population. Unlike its more well-known neighbors, Boynton Beach has very few boutique nanny agencies actively serving it. Most families end up on national listing platforms or Facebook groups — which means no vetting, no background checks, and no replacement guarantee.
Signature Nannies serves Boynton Beach families with the same level of service we provide in Boca Raton — full background checks, personal interviews, reference verification, and a replacement guarantee.
| Service | Rate |
|---|---|
| Part-time nanny (15–30 hrs/week) | $20–$30/hr |
| Full-time live-out nanny | $25–$38/hr |
| Baby nurse (overnight) | $280–$400/night |
We also place bilingual Spanish-English nannies throughout the Boynton Beach area.

Nanny Services in Jupiter and Jupiter Island, FL
Jupiter is one of the most desirable communities in Palm Beach County. Jupiter Island is among the wealthiest zip codes in the United States. Families here expect the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and candidate quality.
Private estate nannies
Jupiter Island and Admirals Cove families often need a nanny who understands how to work within a larger household staff structure — alongside a household manager, housekeepers, and private security. Discretion is non-negotiable.
Rotational nannies
Many Jupiter families split their time between Florida and other homes in the Northeast, Colorado, or internationally. A rotational nanny travels with the family on a set schedule — typically two weeks on, two weeks off.
Travel nannies
For Jupiter families with frequent travel demands, a travel nanny accompanies the family on domestic and international trips.
Baby nurses for high-end placements
Jupiter Island and Admirals Cove families expect top-tier candidates: NCS-certified, long-term references from comparable households, bilingual preferred, and comfortable in a formal estate environment.
